Hi Isabella and welcome to the Poodle Room! I'll let you introduce yourself to everyone, but I saw you joined and had to prompt you to write! I've been talking to Isabella about buying a white standard boy to love. I'm sure she'd love to learn more about poodles!

Thankyou Zefi, you're so sweet. Hey everyone, as Zefi has said my name is isabella and i have quite a few fur children. Four dogs which are two 6 year old english pointers, a 14 year old cocker spaniel and a 2 year old cocker. I love them so much they are my world. I dont have any children, unless you count my husband, our dogs and cats(4 cats too) are our children. Our lives revolve around them. And i want a poodle so badly, but i have to make sure that everyone will handle it ok, i dont want to upset everyone else, so i am waiting for the right poodle and right time. I ramble a lot too but thats probably cos i dont have a social life! Ok i will shutup now...look forward to meeting everybody.

Hi Helen You are lucky to love 2 dogs, but yes i do have a lot and we want to get another, maybe 2!!! My 2 year old cocker still rips tissues to bits..it's his fave thing to do. He was a very good puppy and adult except for the tissue thing, the rest were terror's as puppies-lost a lot of good shoes!!!

My first toy poodle, Timmy, used to unravel toilet paper when we left him alone in the house. He'd go into each toilet in the house and pull the toilet paper and drag it as far as he could go round the house. He'd also rip bits off, chew them and spit them out randomly too. LOL He was such a sweetie!

Lol! Ricky our silver SP doesn't so much rip paper as chews wood which is such a bad thing! I'd rather paper! When she was a puppy she knawed on the corners of the coffee and corner tables in the living room. They are now well doused with bitter apple. Emma, however, who is our 10 year old greyhound still hase a passion for anything tearable. We once made the mistake of leaving out one of those huge "bales" of papertowel. You know the ones.... maybe ten roles all bundled together that you can get from a surplus store. She succeeded in shredding EACH AND EVERYONE of them then somehow manages to spread them in a fine layer over the livingroom and kitchen. And she was SO happy when I got home! Her tail was wagging and she actually ran around in happy circles sending little puffes of finelly shredded mess up in the air!

hahahaha... I can just imagine Emma dashing around in those shredded paper towels! Archie got another one of Richard's handkerchiefs this morning. My hubby is starting to lose his sense of humor about it. Chula has always had a habit of going into the bathrooms and eating huge chunks out of the toilet paper rolls. I'd rather she just pulled it out, but nope.. by the time she's done, it looks like we have an apple core on the holder! We installed those holders with the flippy lid, but that didn't stop her. We velcroed the flippy lid down, and it didn't take long for her to figure that out! Finally we had to just start putting the rolls on top of the sink and forget about the holders altogether. (btw, her favorite is Charmin )

Talk about shredding paper, I love to tell the story of Scooter - a paper shredder extraordinaire. The firs thing he did when I got him home as a baby was shred his receipt so I couldnt take him back!
