Our two puppies had a very exciting show this weekend. They are almost a year old (Oct. 15) so there's not a lot of time left before they're in pattern! Guido took Best of Breed and his littermate sister Bree took Best Opposite Sex! We are so proud of them. Even though they didn't go all the way to the top it's so very exciting. They will be our first home bred Champions. I don't know how you who show can do this and take it in stride! Does it all still take your breath away? I'll add pictures as soon as I get them!

Of course there were many shows this weekend, but am wondering was this Old Dominion? Were you there? Am dying to find out what was going on in open B. I think it was like every dog got excused. Got to be a story behind that.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and encouragements. I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner. I was out of the office at a training seminar and missed out on my very addicting message board time! The pups showed at the Warrenton Kennel Club in Virginia and sadly I wasn't there  I wish I had been able to go because of course it was a good one. Oh well you can't have it all I guess! I'm just so proud that they are doing it. I guess I should chalk it all up to beginner's nerves though huh? AAAAAHHHHH! I can't wait to get the pictures! |

I think I'm losing my mind! The Kennesaw Kennel Club held their show in GA last weekend. I know this because I have pictures from it (!!!!!!) but I can't find it listed on Info Dog or anywhere else really........ the case of the missing dog show nexst on tonight's news............ |

LOL I wish! I love silvers. No, they are both coal black. Ricky is our only silver for now. We are all so proud that everyone seems to be falling into the luck right now. Julie is overjoyed!
