RESCUE HELP NEEDED

I know this is not poodle related, but i really dont know where to go first with this, so any help will be appreciated, i also hope i have not offended anyone with this post....

There is an oncology patient who is very ill in Maryborough Hospital in Queensland.  She has two Maltese Terriers, Spencer Tracey & Pebbles...... They are "home alone", someone at present is calling in to feed them, but she isnt sure if its everyday.  She has contacted me in the hope of rehousing them. If anyone can help in this matter please contact me privately for further info....

Ohh dear, poor little mites.  If I were just a little bit closer I would be glad to help out, but Maryborough is about 4 1/2 hours from here. 
I hope they find a wonderful home together.

Gosh. Poor things! I wish I could help... but even if I could find someone willing to give them a new home I'm hours away! I will let anyone I think might be interested know.

When I broke my ankle and was in hopsital for a week a neighbour stayed at my house with my kids... I didnt know anyone so I was lucky she could help!

I HAVE BEEN FRANTICALLY TRYING TO GET SOME FORM OF HELP VIA THE INTERNET..
AND LOW AND BEHOLD FOUND THAT PET RESCUE HAS A SERVICE IN MARYBOROUGH

so the news is:
I telephoned a lovely lady named ellen,
she is going to the hospital to see what she can do this afternoon.....

this lady was a customer of mine and still had my number in her mobile phone
she moved before christmas to maryborough....

thanks for all the offers of help, but i am confident its now out of my hands
