I LOVE that book!!! I got it when I was 13 or so and read it and fell absolutely in love with poodles. For years after I dreamed of owning a black toy bitch. Soon as I could I went looking for a toy puppy (I was 20) and instead of a black girl I bought a white boy. The rest is history!

A great book.  I bought on on ebay after I read about it on your website Zefi. 

My 75 year old mother has just finished it and enjoyed it very much.  My mum never reads - she is "much to busy for that". She had it read in a few days and everytime I see her, she quotes little things from the book to me.

i dont know anyone who hasnt got a poodle that hasnt read it....

we recommend to anyone who is remotely even thinking of getting one...
