Hi, my name is sarah and I am from Australia. I first fell in love with poodles when I was a young kid. I had a mini poodle by the name of Cassie. She died a few years back. Alas, I haven't owned one in a while... but I'm picking up a toy boy tommorow and I am so excited! I was thinking about a standard poodle, but  then I got thinking about my two other darling children (siamese cats) also I often have young kids around the house so I opted for a smaller size. In the future I MAY think about showing and breeding but not for a long time, also depending on my carrer path (I am only 20!). And I hope I can soon master the grooming and clipping, those show coats almost look impossible!

Anyway I'll stop blithering, and I will put up pictures of my toy boy when I get him!!!

Hi Sarah and welcome to the Poodle Room. Where in Australia do you live? I lived in Griffin NSW as a kid, then lived in Athens Greece for a long time, then moved back and lived in Canberra, then Melbourne and now Tasmania. Cant wait to see photos of your new toy. Boy or girl? Name?

Boy, I called him Marley. I am having troubles with the camerea at the moment, but hopefully I can get it working soon.

when my younger sister got the all clear from the oncologist 4 years ago i bought her a red toy boy, pascal!
he is the absolute love of her life!!, apart from the white toy girl and black mini girl she has also acquired along the way....
