Does size matter?

Oden is around 8 months, and around 55 pounds. The books I have read say he could get up to  70 pounds. How common is that, and is that the tall lanky way he is now, or is it more that he will just fill out? I would love for him to get that big, I know his Mom was tall. At what point do they stop getting taller, and start getting fuller?

I think he'll probably grow a little more in height but the majority of his growing has happened already. How tall is he now? He'll definitely fill out more. He'll be filling out for another year or more. Even knowing the size of his parents wont necessarily tell you what size he'll end up.

Ok just mesured him. I'd say about 23 inches at the sholder? I didn't think it was that much.

Thats not very big... Montana is 23-23.5in too.
