It looks like you are trying to link directly to your pictures on myspace. It's not going link here. But at 28x30 pixels, it would be pretty teeny anyway.
You can upload your photos to one of the image hosts, or your own site. I like
Photobucket. It's free and it's very easy to use.
Basically you want to get the URL of the uploaded jpg or gif. Then you can show it here by using the img codes. One way is to look at the icons available above the edit field for a Reply. There is the "Insert Image" icon. It looks like a little picture in a frame. If you click that, it will insert the code and you can put your jpeg path right in the middle of it. Or just type the code, or.. with Photobucket, they give you the code and when you click on it, it's instantly added to your clipboard to paste into your post. Nothing easier!
