When Bonnard's little sister was born dead I buried her under this newly planted spinning gum. Today the kids and I visited the her tree to say hello. Its growing really well and I'm pleased.

Bonnard and Billy at the tree:

Montana stands guard:

and spends some time with her little sister.

Thanks Fluffy. She is a gorgeous girl. So pretty and feminine but with a real body! She's so well built - particularly coming from ultra refined Pagan!

Yeah, I get that reaction a lot. And sometimes I do regret cutting off her glorious hair and not showing her any more. Especially now that she and I have started to develop such a nice relationship with obedience and agility. I could have shown her easily now, whereas before I was always nervous cause she wouldn't behave for me, only her handler. I never put in the time with her then since I had a handler.... My bad.

However I dont regret it that much. She did extremely well. She's by far the best I own or have bred. And she proved that she's equal to and competitive with dogs on the mainland the few times showed there. She's done well in the ring and its time for her to enjoy her life as well.

Doing obedience and agility and having fun, plus no more worries over getting dirty, letting her play with other dogs, is such a welcome change. To both of us. I initially cut her off cause I was planning to go to PCA and had no one to leave her with during my abscence, and no way could I leave her in coat without care for that long. Plus I was planning to breed her this season... so it made sense.

Anyway, I love her new trim. Shows off her body without the need of glamourous hair!
