when do I put down a water dish for the pups?

they are three weeks old now.
Grizzy is still taking great care of the clan but they all have a hard time fitting around her at feeding time....
 Soon i will start putting down some moistened food but should I also have water avaialble for them..if so when?

Luke, I cant remember what Grizzy is, a toy, mini or sp? I think I put a bowl of water in with the pups around 3 weeks for sure as at that time I start introducing them to food. Just make sure its a bowl you can fix to the side of the pen so they dont spill it or deep enough they can get into trouble.
