I got inspired over the weekend so I created a new banner and new look for Poodle Lane. This is a gateway site owned my Michael and myself where we can park poodle related websites for people who dont have or dont necessarily want domain names. Its a great spot to put things like the special doggie person's diary I have just published too... and where the Scooter book and the Billy book will be going when they're done.
www.poodlelane.comThe doggie diary is a cute little project I've been working on for some time. (AND Billy as the nose and paw prints are all Billy's!) I was going to make it poodle specific but in the end I decided to try a more general one for the first time round to see how it goes.
Its aimed at people who show or compete with their dogs. I mean I love my A5 size filofax diary cause its handy with the leather cover and all that, but unless you buy the day to a page refills which make it really bulky and heavy the only other option is 'week at a glance' and with those you get 5 large blocks for the days of the week then 2 half blocks for the weekend. Like weekends aren't that important. And I put more stuff in my weekends that I do in my weekday blocks!
I also wanted a place where you can put shows, results, keep track of scores, judges and all kinds of things that relate to showing or competing. So I added that to it too!
Anyway, its a bit of fun and I hope it goes well. I'm waiting for my copy to arrive to see how it looks and feels and hopefully it will be the ideal diary!
