This is "Scooter," our newest addition, took him to the vet today
and he said everything looks good. He is EXTREMELY playful and happy,
and it was love at first site when I brought him home and Maddie saw him,
they love to play and follow me around all day long.

I have a 1 year health guarantee on him from the breeder stating
that if anything goes wrong while in my ownership (death, disease,
etc.) I will get my money back...can't beat that!

Scooter is sleepy in this picture, his eyes are glowing because
I took it  with flash on! The thing on his collar is a rabies tag he
 got today from the vet.

Scooter greeting me Big Grin

Right now my only intentions with him IS PET ONLY, I can't show him
because he is indeed a silver beige colored brindle...but I'm not too
disappointed. Also, I'm not going to breed him unless I find another AKC
 female in the future.

We love him already and couldn't be more happier, I DO NOT regret
getting him.

What a spunky man, which one is his proper colour, first or second pic.

Thanks Sivaro! The second picture isn't that great, the lighting is bad, but I'd
say it is closer, he's like a dark silver mixture. I will have to take some more pictures
so you can get a better idea of the coloring.

No problems MP.  Gives us a better idea of what colour he will be.
Zefi owns a beige so she can say if her boy was the same colour.

I certainly hadn't seen a colour like that before. No wonder you are pleased with him - he looks gorgeous.. It will be interesting to see his adult colouring.

Thank you, I got some better pictures of him from earlier today so you can
get a better idea of the coloring. Smile

See the brindle in the last picture? Weird huh?

Firstly congratulations on the new addition - I LOVE the name Scooter! Smile

Second, he's not silver beige at all. He's a silver with some kind of silver beige in the brindle bits. But its definitely a strange colour. Never saw anything like it before, thats for sure. Maybe he's a silver parti with brindle in the parti patches... I've seen that before. Its not as obvious when the base colour is silver since it fades so much.

Oh thank you!  I also realize he has his flaws (short legs, long-ish), but I love my
little Scooter boy already!  Big Grin

Yeah after I saw him I realized he wasn't a silver beige at all- but I wasn't upset
because he is gorgeous with a lovely coat. Sivaro told me the color will fade over
time I believe, so he should be just a plain silver after the puppy coat brindle bits
fade. It definately is a unique color, I was told his other litter mates looked nothing
like him, all solids. His Dam is solid white and sire is black. Weird huh?  Tongue
